F4 - Postal compensation

ROYAL MAIL customers are covered by its compensation scheme. If an item is sent with a 28p first-class stamp, there is a 90 per cent chance it will arrive the next working day. For second-class post, there is a 97 per cent chance It will arrive after three days. If it arrives after four or more working days, or is lost, the compensation is 12 first-class stamps - worth £3.36. If the item is delivered more than ten working days after its 'due date' the customer gets a £10 cheque. If something of value is lost the customer is refunded the Item's market value up to £28.
